About The Role
As a Performance Creative Strategy Manager, you will interface between Growth Marketing and Creative teams to drive our Growth Creative operating system across Meta, Google, TikTok and the rest of the digital marketing ecosystem for Thesis and Stasis. Acting like the point guard of a basketball team, you'll collaborate to report on results, ensure proper testing, and manage week-to-week and month-to-month strategies and team cohesion. Your role involves idea generation, transforming concepts into actionable briefs, competitive research, iteration, copywriting, and script development. You will leverage data insights to optimize creative campaigns and maintain brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all touchpoints.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Collaborate with UA: Report on results and ensure proper testing structure. Adapt creative strategy in relation to business needs.
- Interface with Creative Team: Conduct idea generation meetings, extract best ideas, and translate them into actionable briefs. Ensure that final briefs are prioritized by impact and converted to a final product as quickly as possible.
- Manage Strategy: Develop and manage weekly and monthly strategies, focusing on competitive research, basic iteration, hooks, value propositions, visuals, and script development with the goal of making a positive impact to performance.
- Research & Process Development: Work with marketing teams to surface research and develop processes to turn insights into creative requests.
- Optimize Creative Elements: Use data insights to continuously refine and optimize creative campaigns.
- Ensure Brand Consistency and Regulatory Compliance: Maintain adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing touchpoints.
- Drive Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform and innovate creative strategies.

- 3+ years of experience in creative performance marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills for data manipulation and drawing actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Low-ego collaborator who excels at idea generation and transforming concepts into actionable briefs.
- Proficient in competitive research, basic iteration, copywriting, and script development.
- Nice to have: dashboard building, SQL & Python skills, Facebook ad experience, and AI proficiency.
- Systems thinker with the ability to build and accelerate workflows.
Pay Transparency:

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and equity. The base salary hiring range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
