Duties
  • Serves as the first contact to potential clients calling or visiting our showroom
  • Explains our process from design through installation to potential clients
  • Manages scheduling for design and installation appointments
  • Gives a complete walk-through of product offerings to showroom visitors
  • Maintains a clean and orderly showroom
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies and design samples
  • Prepares consultation literature for designers and other clerical duties, as needed
  • Assists with website and social content, as needed

Compensation
  • Bonuses available ($100 for walk-in that eventually results in signed proposal)
  • Hours: 20-24 hours per week (including two Saturday mornings per month)
  • 10 Paid Holidays
  • Accrued PTO

Qualifications
  • Able to provide a high level of service to our clients, in person, on the phone, and online
  • Comfortable with online scheduling and communication software
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • 1-2 years experience of administrative and/or customer service experience preferred
