Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Physician Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on sourcing and attracting top-tier physician candidates to support our expanding network of oncology care providers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of healthcare recruitment, excellent sourcing skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and attract physician candidates specializing in oncology.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive sourcing methods.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by providing timely communication and personalized support throughout the hiring process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market developments to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Uphold TOI's values and mission while promoting a positive employer brand in the healthcare community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Physician Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare recruitment practices, including physician credentialing and licensing requirements.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring physicians, preferably in oncology or related specialties.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
