  • Resolve member complaints with professionalism, urgency, and compassion.

People Leadership

  • Promote a values-based culture rooted in growth, accountability, and inclusivity.

  • Lead onboarding, performance conversations, and team development across all roles.

  • Partner with the People Team and clinical leaders on hiring, retention, and performance.

  • Cultivate psychological safety, clear communication, and strong cross-functional relationships.

Facilities & Scheduling Oversight

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant studio environment through walkthroughs and audits.

  • Own and manage all scheduling templates and labor plans to align with member volume and revenue targets.

  • Drive urgency around treatment scheduling and same-day conversions.

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience leading multi-site operations or training/developing managers in a healthcare, retail, or hospitality setting.

  • Proven ability to manage studio-level P&Ls, labor budgets, and operational metrics.

  • Strong experience collaborating with healthcare providers to drive performance and care outcomes.

  • A clear track record of building engaged teams, resolving complex issues, and scaling leadership impact.

  • Excellent communicator, confident decision-maker, and highly organized problem-solver.

  • A sense of urgency, ownership, and drive to help Tend grow and evolve.
