About the Role:
Drive advanced customer segmentation and predictive analytics for eCommerce division. Develop machine learning models, create data products, and transform complex datasets into actionable marketing insights. Support strategic growth through sophisticated data analysis.

Required Skills:

• Advanced SQL and big data manipulation

• Cloud computing experience (GCP preferred)

• Machine learning and algorithmic segmentation expertise

• Proficiency in Jupyter Notebooks and data visualization tools

• Strong stakeholder communication skills

• Ability to work in unstructured, evolving data environments

Preferred Skills:

• Retail or e-commerce analytics background

• Experience with demand forecasting

• Machine learning operations knowledge

• Advanced predictive modeling capabilities

• Experience with large-scale customer datasets
