We are seeking a skilled and experienced RTAM Program Analyst to join our team!

Responsibilities
· Provide analytical support, briefing materials, and subject matter expertise to assist the RTAM Program with evaluating, developing, and drafting comprehensive plans that address operational constraints across air, land, and sea domains.
· Support improving the sustainment, accessibility, and operational viability of Marine Corps training environments, while addressing challenges related to environmental compliance and encroachment pressures.
· Review and provide detailed comments on all draft reports to Congress
· Review and provide input on Marine Corps orders, reports, and studies related to range operations and policy
· Review and provide comment of all USMC Range Complex Management Plans to ensure alignment with operational, environmental, and encroachment considerations
· Monitor, manage, and provide input on taskers submitted through the Marine Corps Action Tracking System (MCATS) that pertain to the Range Control Section and RTAM
· Identify and assess environmental and encroachment impacts affecting range availability, operational tempo, and long-term training capability
· Support the development of strategies and plans to mitigate environmental restrictions and external encroachment (e.g., urban development, spectrum interference, incompatible land use) affecting Marine Corps training areas

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· Security Clearance Required: Must possess a Secret or Interim Secret Clearance
· Experience that demonstrates comprehensive knowledge, 10+ years, of the Marine Corps organizational structure and knowledge of Marine Corps ranges and training processes and procedures.
· Capable of working efficiently within a military environment, while adhering to established command and staff procedures, especially those involving staff coordination and chain of command.
