Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, manage, and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms and web pages. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, audience engagement, and website management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage daily content (text, images, videos) across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends and insights to enhance engagement and optimize content.
  • Manage and update web pages, ensuring that content remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with branding.
  • Work on basic website updates, including blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia integration.
  • Implement and manage subscription-based features on websites. Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an engaged online community.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with overall brand messaging.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and web management.
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing and basic website management.
  • Bilingual candidates preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Experience with web content management systems (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in paid social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO optimization tools.
  • Understanding of brand voice and storytelling techniques.
  • Experience implementing subscription-based features on websites.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative and familiar environment.
  • Highly responsive and proactive in managing task

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM EST
