Position Overview:
The Regional Office Operations Manager serves as a critical connector between regional office leadership and corporate enterprise teams, ensuring aligned execution of company-wide strategies, consistent operational standards, and efficient coordination across offices. This role is responsible for optimizing regional operations, enhancing cross-functional communication, and supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution.

This is a high-visibility role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution. It requires strong operational judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and influence across regions and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional & Corporate Liaison

  • Act as the primary point of contact between regional offices and corporate leadership on operational matters.
  • Translate enterprise-wide initiatives into actionable regional plans.
  • Surface regional feedback to corporate teams to inform strategy, policy, or resource needs.
     

Operational Oversight

  • Drive operational consistency and compliance across all regional offices.
  • Oversee regional office processes, including finance tracking, staffing logistics, compliance, and vendor management.
  • Support office leadership with key projects such as relocations, remodels, and expansions.

  

Performance & Strategy

  • Track, analyze, and report on regional performance metrics.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend or implement improvements.
  • Assist in the development and execution of regional business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
     

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with HR, IT, Legal, and Finance to implement consistent systems, policies, and tools across offices.
  • Ensure regional offices are appropriately trained and resourced to support enterprise initiatives. 

Leadership & Support

  • Provide operational guidance and mentorship to office operations teams.
  • Support the onboarding of key regional hires and leadership.
  • Champion a culture of excellence, transparency, and continuous improvement. 

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of operations experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-office or regional management role.
  • Proven success in coordinating between decentralized offices and corporate departments.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage up, down, and across functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience in real estate, financial services, or professional services a plus
