GENERAL SCOPE
Manages an assigned account, or group of accounts, with the primary responsibility to create value for the assigned customers through the technical service they provide; and identifying new product opportunities and selling to existing customers. A Sales Service Professional’s sole focus is to maintain revenue, price capture and to improve gross profit. A Sales Service Professional may work on attaining new business where appropriate, but that is not their primary assignment or job responsibility.

Good knowledge of the job. Substantial acquaintance with and understanding of general aspects of the job with a limited understanding of the technical phases of the job.
JOB COMPLEXITY
Performs a variety of activities which involve standard procedures. Gathers and manipulates common data, verifies adequacy and appropriateness; develops charts, diagrams, and standard reports. In technical or production positions, may also set up and operate standard electronic or mechanical equipment used to develop, produce and/or test products or process data.
IMPACT
Impact to overall activity limited to immediate functional area. Errors could result in rework, and minor schedule impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Daily Management of the safety, quality, delivery, and inventory of applications at a large key customer near Longview, WA
- Support and perform standard work as required to ensure safe and effective treatment programs, generate weekly and monthly reports, maintain inventory, order materials, equipment uptime
- Perform data analysis on program performance.
- Assists with customer technical issues, brings any issues to the customers attention and work with area and district managers to put together a plan for corrective action.
- Build strong customer relationships
- Pursue growth and swap opportunities to maximize customer value.
- Participate in technical training opportunities for advancement of skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical and Paper strongly preferred)
- Strongly preferred 2-5 years of paper industry experience, mill or vendor side
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- Ability to build client relationships easily
- Analytical ability and great problem-solving skills
- Presentation skills and ability to convey product value
- High-level organizational skills for maintaining sales of complex product portfolio
- Self-confidence to support persuasion and sales efforts
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds.
- Travel to our customer paper mill sites
- Must live within 1 hour of Longview, WA

The expected compensation range for this position is between $75,900.00 and $106,260.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.Company Information
