What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Vision
-
Develop and execute the roadmap for AI/ML and data-driven products supporting Risk Data (Credit, Collections, Fraud).

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to apply ML, automation, and data tools to risk management challenges.
-
Align product strategy with broader organizational goals to improve operational efficiency, analytics, and outcomes.
AI & Automation for Business Risk & Controls
-
Partner with the Business Risk & Controls team to implement AI/ML tools that improve oversight and streamline processes.
-
Identify and implement automation opportunities to replace manual work with scalable solutions.
Data-Driven Insights & Decisioning

Create solutions that empower teams with actionable insights and predictive intelligence.
Stakeholder Collaboration
-
Work closely with the Credit Risk, Collections, and Fraud teams to define requirements and success metrics.
-
Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (e.g., Data Engineers, ML Specialists) and business partners to ensure alignment.
Operational Excellence
-
Define and promote best practices for data governance, security, and quality within AI/ML products.
-
Monitor performance and iterate to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.
What You’ll Need
-
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience.
-
Proven success delivering AI/ML products in data-focused environments—ideally within financial services, risk, or related fields.
Technical Expertise
-
Deep familiarity with data pipeline and modeling tools (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Airflow).
-
Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and platforms like AWS and SageMaker.
Skills & Competencies
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
