As a Junior Ad Ops Specialist:
You will be responsible for high-volume execution across Facebook and Google Ads with accuracy and speed.
You are detail-oriented and driven, passionate about digital advertising and eager to learn the ins and outs of media buying on Facebook and Google Ads. You will work closely under the guidance of our Ad Ops Manager and collaborate with various teams to execute high-volume campaigns with precision and efficiency.
No Experience Needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end campaign setup across Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Upload and manage 500+ ad creatives weekly across multiple platforms and brands
- Implement media strategies provided by the analysts
- Generate and maintain performance reports using Looker Studio and Google Sheets
- Monitor and analyze creative performance (video and static) to support optimization decisions
- Ensure all ad assets are properly prepped and launch-ready by collaborating with creative and development teams
- Maintain organized systems and consistent naming conventions in Ads Manager
- Proactively suggest ad variations and scaling opportunities
- Assist with QA and ongoing optimization of campaigns
- Must be able to take direction from management and execute accordingly
- Be available to work extended hours during key events such as sales, holidays, or major launches
- Help report infringements and page violations
- Must demonstrate a strong ability to contribute to the business along with business unit team members and managers; establishes collaborative relationships with peers
Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge or experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs and familiarity with Looker Studio
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proactive, eager to learn, and open to feedback
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel is a plus
Bonus Points:
- Experience with automated workflows or bulk upload tools in digital advertising
- Familiarity with naming convention systems and media QA processes
