About the Role

As a Deployment Strategist at Sift, you'll work at the intersection of technical implementation and customer success, ensuring our platform delivers maximum value to sophisticated engineering organizations. You will closely partner with our customers, uncover high-value problems, and direct the path towards adoption and transformational solutions.

In This Role, You’ll:

  • Own the outcome of complex implementations for enterprise customers.

  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to architect solutions to design robust technical solutions that meet our customers needs.

  • Build deep trust across engineers, end‑users, and executives to clear roadblocks and accelerate progress.

  • Drive adoption across technical teams by demonstrating value and establishing implementation roadmaps

  • Work in tight collaboration with the product team to inform the future of the product.

  • Design and run pilots that demonstrate massive value and a vision for long-term success.

The Skillset You'll Bring

  • Strong technical background with ability to understand complex systems and data architectures

  • Experience driving adoption of technical products within engineering organizations

  • Excellence in stakeholder management across technical and business teams

  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent implementations

  • Clear communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to various audiences

Bonus Points:

  • Background in aerospace, autonomous systems, or other hardware domains is a plus

  • Understanding of data pipelines and streaming architectures

  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP)

  • Experience with Python or similar programming languages

  • Knowledge of telemetry systems and time-series data

  • Understanding of REST APIs and modern web technologies

Location

  • You must be willing and able to work from the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area and be onsite Monday through Thursday due to the nature and business needs of the role.

  • Ability to travel 50%+ required. Varies by location and customer needs.

Salary range: $107,000 - $144,000 per year. Plus equity and benefits.
