Lead Graphic Designer- ManagerPRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Creative Manager, Lead Designer will manage a team of graphic designers and oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation across a range of global initiatives and audiences. They’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing strategists, copywriters, project managers, producers, and other business stakeholders to bring compelling ideas to life. As a Lead Graphic Designer, this role will also create original branding and design studio concepts across all B2B tactics and channels as identified within the marketing assignment. produce
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
Lead the design team and manage daily operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
Develop and implement design strategies that align with brand identity and business goals.
Create prototypes and final designs for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
Provide design leadership across projects, guiding team members with constructive feedback and mentorship.
Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
Collaborate closely with marketing managers, digital strategists, creative partners, and creative leadership to define user experiences.
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process.
Researches new design techniques and mediums and trains staff on new processes.
Develops traditional, video, and interactive multi-media campaigns across our external and internal communications initiatives.
Responsible for design and lay-out of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, emails, web pages, video, event, and other media channels as part of the buyer journey.
Liaises with production partners, event teams, and outside vendors on development and production of materials for all channels including video, conference, events, and digital activations.
Provides strategic direction on the review of the marketing content library including imagery, video, and branding assets. Responsible for overall quality standards.
Develops and presents original, strategic concepts to creative director, business stakeholders, and marketing leadership.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.
Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.
Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
7+ years of graphic/web design experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Agency experience required.
