Position Overview
The Technical & Systems Support Engineer plays a key role in enabling efficient and high-quality operations across the external repair vendor network. This position is responsible for providing technical guidance, managing system tools used in repair workflows, and ensuring smooth integration between internal systems and vendor platforms.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting support and technical guidance on repair procedures, tools, and diagnostics.
- Ensure vendors follow up-to-date repair guidelines and technical standards.
- Assist in the rollout of new devices, repair manuals, and firmware/software updates.
- Support the operation and maintenance of repair management systems (e.g., RMA tools, workflow trackers, repair result registration systems).
- Generate regular reports on system usage, errors, and key operational KPIs related to technical processes.
- Create and deliver training materials to vendors on systems usage and repair protocols.
- Identify opportunities for automation or process optimization in technical workflows.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of job-related experience
- Experience with MS Office including but not limited to, Excel, Word, and Access
- Experience conducting internal and third-party audits required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and create original analysis
- Strong interpersonal and consensus building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Korean is highly preferred
- Prior experience in logistics and/or telecommunications
