As we scale, we’re seeking a bilingual Human Resources Manager who can lead HR strategy while building and supporting a creative, values-driven culture.

Position Overview

This is a standalone HR leadership role—ideal for a hands-on, bilingual HR professional ready to own and evolve the full scope of HR operations. You'll partner directly with department heads and leadership, driving initiatives across recruiting, compliance, culture, benefits, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy & Leadership: Design and lead scalable HR practices that align with business goals and company growth.
  • Recruiting & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across all departments (Sales, Operations, Paint, Carpentry, Upholstery, Digital).
  • Culture & Engagement: Champion a people-first culture that reflects our creative roots—develop initiatives that boost engagement, inclusion, and team morale.
  • Policy & Compliance: Maintain and enforce internal policies while ensuring compliance with employment laws at all levels (federal, state, local).
  • HR Business Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and team leads, offering guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Benefits & Leave Management: Administer employee benefits programs, leave policies, and compensation structure.
  • Safety & Risk Management: Support safe workplace practices and help lead compliance initiatives and trainings.
  • HR Tech & Data: Utilize Paylocity (or similar HRIS platforms) to maintain accurate data, streamline processes, and generate insightful reporting.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, TX.  Occasional flexibility beyond standard hours may be required depending on business needs. The typical schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems—Paylocity experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in creative, warehouse, or small business settings is a bonus
