BASF Control Tower Analyst

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Control Tower Analyst to support our logistics operations. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of delivery note processing, communication with key stakeholders, and escalation of issues. Strong computer skills and SAP experience are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Always adhere to Schnellecke safety principles and wear required PPE on the shop floor and truck yard.
• Follow all standard work procedures and safety rules for assigned tasks.
• Maintain consistent communication with BASF regarding delivery notes and updates.
• Ensure all expedited orders are picked and processed promptly.
• Verify that delivery note information is correctly printed and complete.
• Monitor picking progress and escalate any issues to Operations Manager or Supervisor. 
• Maintain open communication with dispatch regarding any delivery note issues that may impact truck departures.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced computer skills are a must.
• SAP experience is required – must be proficient in navigating and using SAP for logistics and order tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with delivery note processes and dispatch coordination.
