Job Description

  • Manage B2B order processing
  • Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

  • Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards in logistics and supply chain processes.

  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to streamline operations.

  • Support purchasing and import process
  • Support the Manager in developing budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives

Qualifications

  • Korean/English Bilingual Required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong logistics experience in order management, import, logistics and inventory management: Minimum 2 year
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • A passion for training and communication
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to work in a fast-growing corporate environment
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
