The Position:
FanDuel Sports Network is looking for a Programming Coordinator to join the Programming team. Reporting to the Manager, Program Planning, this position creates and maintains program schedules for the South, Southeast, Wisconsin, and North Regional Sports Networks, serves as a liaison to internal departments, national programming, Master Control, third party suppliers, Nielsen, and TV listings services, and assists the manager in long-term program planning and projects as assigned.
This role is hybrid and based in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Game Plan:
(What you will do)
- Program schedule / data management – accurately input and maintain all program schedules into What’s on Programming, Excel, and Nielsen's E-Names databases.
- Market switching schedules – ensure professional product is being distributed to the correct team territories.
- Contingency planning - provide Master Control with contingency plans and ensure proper execution as needed.
- Communication - effectively communicate programming information, changes, and other information to all internal departments, Master Control, Nielsen, and TV listings services.
- Third party show suppliers – serve as intermediary between media services and program suppliers.
- Commercial formats - create commercial formats for locally produced programming.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, employ critical thinking and work effectively under time constraints in a high-pressure environment.
- An interest in and knowledge of sports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in television, digital media, and / or a sports environment preferred.
