About the Job: The Associate Inside Sales Representative plays a key supporting role within the sales organization, helping to drive efficiency, data accuracy, and customer responsiveness. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and looking to build a long-term career in sales. You’ll gain exposure to key sales tools and processes, learn how to manage customer interactions, and develop a deep understanding of our products, systems, and workflows. This position directly supports the ISR team by owning administrative and follow up tasks, allowing ISRs to focus on strategic selling, renewals, and customer expansion. By supporting daily sales operations and ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and internal teams, you’ll contribute directly to revenue growth and the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately through NetSuite
    You will be responsible for entering and managing purchase orders in NetSuite, ensuring that all order details including pricing, product configurations, and account information are accurate and complete. 
  • Assist with Salesforce cleanup and data management
    Help maintain data integrity within Salesforce by identifying and correcting incomplete or outdated records.
  • Manage inbound leads and support lead qualification
    Monitor and respond to inbound leads from web forms, marketing campaigns, or referrals. Your role will be to assess lead quality, gather essential information, and route opportunities to the appropriate Inside Sales Representative or Regional Sales Manager.
  • Participate in SMA (Software Maintenance Agreement) campaigns
    Support the execution of outreach efforts for SMA renewals, focusing on missed, closed-lost, or past-due opportunities. 
  • Learn alongside Inside Sales Representatives and provide team coverage
    Work closely with experienced Inside Sales Representatives to understand sales workflows, customer communication strategies, and best practices. When team members are out, you will step in to assist with tasks, gaining valuable experience while helping the team maintain smooth operations and responsiveness.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates will be subject to a background check in accordance with federal and state regulations. 
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record throughout their employment.
