THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic individual to join our Product Organization as a Chief of Staff & Senior Program Manager. This role will act as a critical support to the leadership team while driving key cross-organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations.
- Manage and facilitate executive-level meetings, including agenda creation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Drive strategic projects and cross-organizational initiatives from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and reports to track progress and identify risks.
- oordinate communication and collaboration between various departments and stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for executive review and decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate product monthly metrics reviews, product backlog meetings, monthly product all-hands meetings, and annual roadmap planning initiatives.
- Plan and organize both in-person and virtual events at the pod and organizational levels.
- Administer internal tools such as the Atlassian suite, Google Workspace, and Productboard.
- Support the monthly product release process
- Manage and maintain confidential information with discretion and integrity.
THE SKILL SET:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Program Management, or similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology.
- Experience in a product organization or technology industry.
