As we expand our footprint and influence, we are looking for a visionary Vice President of Corporate Communications to lead our brand voice and strategic storytelling.
Position Overview
The Vice President of Corporate Communications will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a cohesive communication strategy that elevates Rev Kitchen & Bar’s brand, strengthens stakeholder relationships, and supports business growth. This role combines corporate messaging, media relations, internal communications, crisis management, and executive visibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Communications:
Develop and implement an integrated communications strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand reputation.
• Media & Public Relations:
Lead all media relations efforts including press releases, media outreach, interview preparation, and maintaining strong relationships with key journalists and outlets.
• Executive & Internal Communications:
Partner with executive leadership to craft clear and compelling internal and external messaging. Provide communication support for the CEO and senior leadership, including speeches, town halls, and thought leadership content.
• Crisis & Issues Management:
Establish and lead the organization’s crisis communications plan, ensuring timely and transparent responses to potential reputational risks.
• Brand Voice & Content Development:
Oversee consistent brand voice across all channels, including website, social media, and investor communications. Supervise content creation and editorial direction.
• Corporate Social Responsibility & Community Engagement:
Highlight Rev Kitchen & Bar’s sustainability, DEI, and community initiatives through storytelling and campaigns that resonate with internal and external audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive communications experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in the hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brand industries is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in building and executing successful communication strategies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong media relationships and understanding of the evolving media landscape.
