Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in the hospitality industry, consulting, or business operations. As a Junior Consultant, you will support strategic initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in evaluating daily operations, identifying areas for improvement

Collect and analyze performance data (sales, customer feedback, inventory, etc.)

Collaborate with management to implement operational strategies

Research industry trends and competitors to support innovation

Participate in project planning and execution across departments

Support training initiatives and process documentation

Prepare reports and presentations for leadership review

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (or currently pursuing)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or consulting is a plus
