Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the restoration and reconstruction process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Coordinate between customers, insurance adjusters, TPAs (Third Party Administrators), subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
- Schedule appointments, follow up on project timelines, and ensure clear communication with all parties.
- Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, project coordination, or administrative roles (required).
- Experience in the insurance, restoration, or reconstruction industry (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with TPAs is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to stay organized under pressure.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong computer and software skills.
