We are growing and looking to add a highly motivated Project Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to our team in Denville, NJ. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and enjoy being at the center of the action, this is the position for you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the restoration and reconstruction process.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. 
  • Coordinate between customers, insurance adjusters, TPAs (Third Party Administrators), subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track. 
  • Schedule appointments, follow up on project timelines, and ensure clear communication with all parties. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation and project records. 
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, project coordination, or administrative roles (required). 
  • Experience in the insurance, restoration, or reconstruction industry (preferred but not required). 
  • Familiarity with TPAs is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to stay organized under pressure. 
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude. 
  • Strong computer and software skills.
