Ecommerce Virtual Assistant
Job Description
RemoteVA is seeking a highly reliable and proactive Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to support our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced, takes initiative, and can work independently with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently meets deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage daily administrative and ecommerce support tasks
-Assist with customer support and order processing
-Help coordinate and launch email campaigns (Klaviyo or Mailchimp)
-Create simple social media posts and respond to basic inquiries
-Support product reviews and feedback management (Yotpo)
-Update and manage products using Magento
-General VA tasks such as report generation, document formatting (MS Word), and basic data entry
What We’re Looking For:
-RELIABILITY: Consistent attendance and full-shift availability
-EFFICIENCY: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
-INITIATIVE: A go-getter attitude with a proactive, even aggressive, approach to completing tasks
-EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of relevant virtual assistant or ecommerce support experience
-Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Yotpo, Magento, and MS Word is a plus (training provided if needed)
Tools You’ll Use:
-Email Marketing: Klaviyo, Mailchimp
-Product & Review Management: Yotpo, Magento
-Office Tools: MS Word
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Location: Remote (Work-from-Home)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hong Kong Time)
Salary: USD $600–$700/month
