Job Overview:

You will support our business development efforts by conducting research, managing client communications, and assisting with administrative tasks that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the business development team in identifying and researching potential clients.
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
- Manage and organize client communications via email, phone, and other channels.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and lead information.
- Help coordinate meetings, including scheduling and follow-up communications.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare reports on business development metrics and performance.
- Support various administrative tasks related to the business development team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- No prior experience necessary, but internships or coursework in business development or sales is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
