You will support our business development efforts by conducting research, managing client communications, and assisting with administrative tasks that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the business development team in identifying and researching potential clients.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Manage and organize client communications via email, phone, and other channels.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and lead information.
  • Help coordinate meetings, including scheduling and follow-up communications.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare reports on business development metrics and performance.
  • Support various administrative tasks related to the business development team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • No prior experience necessary, but internships or coursework in business development or sales is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
