Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support a high-volume recruitment process for a leading insurance company. This role focuses on screening candidate resumes, managing candidate communications, and coordinating interview logistics with the goal of securing 60–70 confirmed candidates per week for overview meetings. The role is 95% non-voice, with occasional phone follow-ups as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and screen candidate resumes for alignment with role requirements.
- Manage candidate communications via email and messaging platforms.
- Schedule and confirm candidate attendance for overview meetings.
- Follow up and send reminders to candidates to ensure attendance and reduce no-show rates.
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and status updates in spreadsheets or Microsoft Dynamics program.
- Collaborate with the client’s internal recruitment team to ensure a smooth handoff.
- Meet weekly confirmation targets (60–70 confirmations/week).
- Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment progress.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in recruitment or recruitment coordination is highly preferred.
- Strong written English communication skills; minimal voice interaction required.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Experience using Indeed or other job boards
- Comfortable working in early morning shifts starting at 4:00 AM PH time.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including half-day Wednesday and Saturday.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tracking sheets, scheduling tools, and email automation.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
