About the Role
As Strategy & Operations Lead - Clinical, you will partner with our Senior Care Provider and Clinical Lead as well as other senior leadership, to translate our mission into measurable impact. You’ll build and maintain data dashboards to drive business performance, reengineer workflows for maximum efficiency, elevate provider communications, and help standardize our clinical care model ensuring ReKlame scales with both rigor and compassion. This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
What You’ll Work On
Strategy & Analytics
Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain real-time data dashboards (KPIs on utilization, outcomes, financials) to guide executive decision-making.
Performance Monitoring: Establish reporting cadences and data-driven reviews to track progress against strategic goals.
Operational Transformation
Workflow Redesign: Map existing clinical and administrative processes; identify bottlenecks and implement streamlined solutions that boost productivity and reduce waste.
Efficiency Initiatives: Reduce time from inbound/referral to first appointment and optimize resource allocation.
Provider-Patient Communications
Engagement Protocols: Design and roll out standardized patient outreach guidelines—appointment reminders, follow-up check-ins, educational materials—to ensure every patient hears from their care team in a timely, consistent way.
Digital Interaction Tools: Implement and optimize platforms (secure messaging, automated texting, online portals) that enable providers to share treatment plans, answer questions, and coordinate care seamlessly with patients.
Patient Feedback Loops: Establish mechanisms (surveys, satisfaction scores, post-visit calls) to capture patient experience data, then partner with clinical teams to iterate on communication scripts and workflows.
Health Literacy & Accessibility: Create clear, culturally competent messaging templates and train providers to tailor communications for diverse patient populations, ensuring comprehension and engagement across all channels.
Clinical Standardization
Model Codification: Partner with clinical leadership to document best practices and translate them into a repeatable, evidence-based care model.
Roll-out & Adoption: Drive organization-wide adoption through training materials, playbooks, and change management support.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the connective tissue between Clinical, Technology, Finance, and Care Coordination teams to align on priorities and deliverables.
Project Management: Oversee multiple strategic projects—from scoping through execution—ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
What You’ll Bring
Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, or related. MBA or advanced degree, a plus.
Experience: 5+ years in strategy, operations, or management consulting; healthcare startup or provider-group experience strongly preferred.
Grit & Tenacity: You demonstrate resilience, perseverance, and a proactive attitude, consistently driving results even in the face of obstacles.
Intellectually Curious: You think critically and love solving complex problems while serving as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills; hands-on with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and project management platforms (Asana, Jira, etc.). EHR experience is a bonus.
Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to build dashboards, run financial models, and generate actionable insights.
Process Expertise: Track record of end-to-end process reengineering and operational optimization.
Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written skills; adept at building consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
Execution Orientation: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Location Requirements: This is a hybrid (3-4 days in office), full-time position working with our team in the office.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $118,000 – $138,000 commensurate with experience
Bonus: Performance-based incentive plan
