Scope of Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Supply Chain Specialist to help reimagine customer service at Red’s and ensure exceptional experiences for our burrito-loving customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service or CPG customer support, with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Principal Accountabilities
- Oversee daily operations of the customer service department, managing a team of representatives handling inquiries about our burrito products
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures specific to our product lines
- Respond to complex customer issues related to product quality, delivery, or packaging
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to address customer feedback and improve product offerings
- Analyze customer service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in Red’s products and services
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations in all customer interactions
- Train customer service representatives on product knowledge, including nutritional information, ingredients, and preparation methods of Red’s products
- Manage relationships with key retail partners and distributors

- Problem-solving: Ability to quickly and effectively resolve complex customer issues related to burrito products, packaging, or delivery.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with customers, team members, and other departments clearly and professionally.
- Food industry knowledge: Understanding of food safety regulations, production processes, and supply chain management specific to CPG.
- Data analysis: Skill in analyzing data and customer service metrics, trends and improvement opportunities, including benchmarking and implementing KPIs.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing customer needs and industry trends in the fast-paced CPG food market.
- Strategic thinking: Capability to develop and implement customer service policies and measure performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Skill in working effectively with sales, marketing, and production teams to address customer feedback and improve customer experience.
Requirements
Key Functional Skills/Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management
- 2+ years of experience in customer supply chain, preferably in the food or CPG industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Expert in Excel
- Highly analytical
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Highly collaborative — demonstrated ability to share knowledge and information at different levels of the organization, contributing to a team that is always raising the bar for excellence and innovation.
- Work well with other cross-functional partners, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ambition to every task.
- Ability to utilize independent judgment in establishing the accuracy and reliability of information.
