We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will serve as the first point of contact for tenants, property owners, and service providers by answering incoming phone calls. This role is essential to providing timely and effective assistance, exhibiting exceptional customer service, following through with the one call mentality and being able to answer the question or solve the problem without having to transfer to another team member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assist tenants with maintenance requests, lease questions, rent payment inquiries, and general concerns.
  • Provide information to prospective tenants and having a sales mentality
  • Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle emergency calls and escalate urgent matters according to established protocols.
  • Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience; experience in property management or real estate is a bonus.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with property management software AppFoliois a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
