Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Platform & Infrastructure team. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on scaling our systems, evolving our internal tooling, and building the foundational infrastructure that powers everything we do. You’ll partner closely with senior technical leaders and help drive execution across reliability, developer experience, and platform strategy.
We’re looking for someone who’s helped grow teams, mature engineering processes, and scale infrastructure during periods of rapid company growth. You’ll bring operational excellence, technical fluency, and people leadership to the table.
What You’ll Do
Lead and Grow the Team: Manage and mentor a team of backend and infrastructure engineers. Hire and develop talent to support company growth and evolving platform needs.
Own the Platform Mission: Drive the roadmap for infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and developer experience. Ensure our systems are resilient, scalable, and easy to build on.
Operational Excellence: Strengthen our incident response practices, eliminate single points of failure, and instill reliability-first thinking across engineering.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product, security, and engineering leadership to align on priorities and deliver results that move the business forward.
Be a Driver: Take initiative on high-impact problems. Identify gaps, propose solutions, and lead execution without waiting to be asked.
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing engineering teams, ideally in high-growth environments with evolving infrastructure and scaling challenges.
Strong background in platform engineering, developer tooling, or backend infrastructure; direct infra experience is a plus.
Proven track record leading initiatives to improve system reliability, uptime, or incident response.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity, alignment, and accountability across stakeholders.
A “driver” mindset: proactive, outcomes-oriented, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional leadership settings.
