Location: Puyallup Tribal Health Authority | Tacoma, WA | On-Site

Schedule: Full-Time | Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hiring Range: $36.98 - $49.44 per hour

Position Close Date: June 27, 2025

As a Systems Analyst, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining the tech backbone of our health systems, ensuring our providers and patients have access to seamless, secure, and reliable care tools.

What You’ll Do:

As a Systems Analyst, you’ll contribute in several ways:

  • Translate business needs into technical solutions that support patient care and clinic operations.
  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot EHR systems, SQL databases, and system interfaces.
  • Analyze and improve workflows to enhance data integrity, security, and usability. Collaborate with vendors, internal IT staff, and healthcare teams on application upgrades and projects.
  • Create reports, automate processes, and ensure system efficiency across departments.


What You Bring:

Systems Analyst I

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information technology, database technology, or related field -OR- at least (3) years’ experience as a database developer and/or systems analyst 
  • At least (2) years’ experience as SQL administrator or writing SQL based reports
  • Preferred: (1) year development experience in C Sharp 

Systems Analyst II

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer science field
  • At least (5) years’ experience writing SQL based reports
  • At least (4) years’ experience as a database developer and/or system analyst
  • At least (2) years’ experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintain bi-directional interfaces
  • At least (2) years’ experience creating and maintaining SQL server databases
