Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling pest control services to prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, email communication, and follow-ups. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying their needs and offering tailored pest management solutions. This role combines sales, customer service, and product knowledge to close deals and build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential customers.
• Make outbound calls to warm leads, past customers, or marketing-generated prospects.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate pest control services.
• Provide accurate pricing, service details, and scheduling options.
• Follow up with leads and maintain communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Use CRM software to track leads, update customer records, and manage tasks.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with field technicians and service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and the benefits of ongoing protection plans.
• Handle objections and address concerns to move prospects toward closing.

Requirements
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in pest control, home services, or similar industries).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
