What you can expect day-to-day:

Our Writers develop medical content for assigned account(s) and work in conjunction with Account, Creative, and Editorial teams to ensure that the client vision is achieved and content is medically accurate. Writers develop varied resources including, but not limited to, value proposition materials, clinical monographs, advisory board content, and internal training resources.

  • Collaborating with colleagues and clients on recommended content development approaches.
  • Developing, writing and translating complex scientific data to a broad audience across wide-ranging therapeutic areas.
  • Balancing and prioritizing multiple parallel work streams to meet established timelines and project goals.
  • Participating in internal meetings and brainstorming sessions, and client meetings including medical, legal & regulatory reviews.
  • Presenting medical content to clients when requested.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate level degree such as PharmDs or PhDs 
  • Ability to translate complex scientific concepts for a variety of managed care audiences
  • Ability to prioritize projects, juggle competing client priorities & meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal social skills
  • Ability to travel for occasional client meetings
  • Managed care experience

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
