About This Opportunity
We are looking for a talented Client Success Manager who will lead the growth, change, and success for our clients using Popmenu’s platform. We need someone in this role who can bring a great toolkit of best practices to the table and who is equally passionate about paving the way for long term adoption of our platform. Our ideal candidate is also very curious.
What’s on Your Plate
- Client Success: Own client adoption and retention for a portfolio of 200+ which includes engaging with clients on tools, sharing best practices, and supporting growth. Responsible for net retention and upselling growth opportunities. Many but not all clients in the portfolio will require written and spoken communication in Spanish.
- Support for Restaurant Owners: Address general advice, billing questions, or product functionality quickly and effectively.
- Enablement Materials: Create helpful, engaging content for client success.
- Product Liaison: Act as a bridge between the product team and clients/internal teams. Translate features into customer needs and ensure all teams stay updated on new functionality and updates.
Bottom line: Your role is to make sure clients continue to find value in Popmenu.
What You Bring to the Table
- Strong interpersonal and customer communication skills—clear, concise, and effective
- Entrepreneurial mindset—self-motivated, autonomous, eager to learn
- Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred
- Experience with leveraging AI and other tools to remain accountable with large a portfolio
- Experience with renewals and churn negotiations
- Organized and goal-focused—able to juggle long-term goals and daily tasks
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills and tools
- Success in rolling out products to clients (preferably in restaurants/hospitality)
- 1–3 years of customer success experience
At Popmenu we believe in transparency and meeting candidates at eye level. We know that money isn’t everything – but it is important. For this role, we have determined a compensation range of $67k to $75k base salary + bonus potential. We would love the opportunity to meet you and learn more about you and your background. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors and may vary from the amount above.
