This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As the Marketing Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting various initiatives across the marketing department—from creating resources and coordinating events to conducting research and managing day-to-day tasks that keep the team running smoothly. This individual is someone who has a positive attitude and takes initiative, is self-critical, and is constantly analyzing what is working and what can be improved. This person must be able to understand and convey Pluckers’ brand DNA as a family-friendly sports bar that holds genuine care and concern for our employees and guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill major life event recognition requests for employees
  • Package and prepare online merchandise orders for shipment
  • Coordinate menu and coupon distribution with over 100 student housing apartments
  • Review box scores and game summaries to provide analytics for cost per impression for sports sponsorships
  • Compile company-wide coupon redemption to provide analytics for cost per redemption for all sponsorship initiatives
  • Fulfill all charitable donation requests
  • Fulfill all “surprise and delight” requests
  • Fulfill marketing material requests
  • Prepare and ship contest prizes
  • Collaborate with Brand Manager on organization and inventory of marketing storage unit
  • Collaborate with social media team on ideation and generation
  • Assist Brand Manager and Events Specialist with preparation for upcoming special events
  • Serve as backup for Marketing Coordinator
  • Complete special projects assigned by Vice President of Marketing

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive, can-do attitude (you may be asked to do something outside of your “job description”)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Meets deadlines and able to work independently

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Monday.com or similar project management software

Hours & Work Environment

  • Full-time in office. Monday – Friday normal working hours with some night and weekends required with notice
  • Occasional local and in-state travel required

 

Salary: $45,000 - $53,000 based on experience.
