Role summary

We are searching for an ambitious, self-directed Client Onboarding Lead to own client onboarding for the SMB clients we help transform their local business into a global business.  As a key member of our North American B2B GTM team, this role will be working hand in hand with our sales and account management teams to onboard clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Chance to build a new discipline from the bottom up
  • Ensure new clients are fully onboarded to their Payoneer product of choice
  • Develop workflows to streamline onboarding process
  • Work with internal teams to automate and improve workflows
  • Help existing customers with continuous onboarding needs
  • Provide feedback to sales and account management teams to improve messaging, close communication gaps, and help them better manage their client relationships
  • Further identify clients with growth potential that may have been overlooked during the sales process
  • Maintain pertinent customer information within CRM platform

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of sales, ops, or customer service experience, ideally in a tech environment
  • Strategic mindset to problem solving
  • Data and technically oriented, intermediate to advanced Excel skills a major plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work with a cross functional global team
  • High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure
  • Interest in leading and mentoring a team
  • Comfortable with hybrid work environment

Not a must, but a great advantage:

  • Experience in Payments or Banking industry
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system
  • Experience with data analytics & BI tools

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $115,000.
