Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with subscription inquiries, account updates, and service-related issues.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in subscription-based services to provide up-to-date information to customers.
- Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, especially in subscription-based services or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
