Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist users with questions about the ride-sharing app, including account management, bookings, and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user complaints and technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate user feedback and enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about the latest features and updates of the ride-sharing platform to provide knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer support, preferably within the transportation or ride-sharing industry.
