In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to fitness products, order management, and customer service. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order statuses, and returns.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely solutions.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and satisfaction.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness or retail industries.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
