Italian Speaking Customer Service for Fashion & Apparel Department

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding fashion and apparel inquiries.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
• Offer styling advice and product recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the fashion or retail industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in basic computer applications.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
