In this key position, you will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to travel and tour packages. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing their overall travel experience. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers in understanding and booking travel and tour packages tailored to their preferences.
• Resolve any inquiries and issues related to bookings, cancellations, and travel itineraries effectively.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for continuity and follow-up.
• Collaborate with travel coordinators and other teams to ensure customers receive the best possible service.
• Stay updated on travel options, trends, and promotional offerings to provide valuable insights to customers.

• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Experience in customer service roles, particularly in the travel or tourism sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
