Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients concerning music and podcast services.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to subscriptions, content access, and account management.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing solutions that enhance their overall experience.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with the content teams to keep updated on new releases and features.
• Engage positively with customers to foster a community atmosphere around music and podcasts.
• Identify common customer challenges and suggest improvements for better service.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service roles, particularly in online entertainment or media.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mentality.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
• Familiarity with digital music and podcast platforms is highly desirable.
• Ability to work well independently and adapt to a remote working environment.
