Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support in Spanish, addressing inquiries related to veterinary services, appointments, and pet healthcare.
  • Assist clients with scheduling appointments, managing follow-ups, and answering questions regarding services offered.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining comprehensive records in the system for effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with veterinary staff to relay important information and ensure smooth operations within the department.
  • Stay informed on veterinary services and animal care practices to provide relevant and accurate information to clients.
  • Engage with pet owners to understand their needs and concerns, offering empathy and support throughout their interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of veterinary services and improve customer service techniques.
  • Fluency in Spanish, with strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in veterinary or healthcare settings, is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a compassion-oriented mindset when dealing with pet owners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
