Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients regarding home appliance inquiries.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, and order management.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends and suggest improvements in service delivery.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and policies to assist customers accurately.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service roles, particularly in the home appliances or retail sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage challenging situations with professionalism.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
