Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking users of dating and social networking applications.
• Assist users with inquiries relating to app features, troubleshooting, and account management.
• Resolve technical issues and customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and provide insights for product development based on feedback.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to relay customer insights and improve user experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and app functionalities to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Encourage a welcoming and supportive community atmosphere among app users.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in tech, social media, or app-related industries.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer care.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle various inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
