Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support in German, addressing inquiries related to online courses, technical support, and account management.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the user experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including technical support and course development, to resolve complex inquiries and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest EdTech trends, product offerings, and resources to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers through various communication channels, offering personalized support and recommendations.
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development to enhance skills and product knowledge.
  • Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, especially within the education or technology sectors, is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect effectively with a diverse range of users.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
