We are looking for high energy people with a positive, friendly attitude to join our team. Our shift leaders or Keys assist the Management team with supporting excellent operations. This includes driving great shifts, helping with ordering, inventory, cost control, food/beverage quality, safety and sanitation practices, and work with the entire team on growth and development opportunities.

Responsibilities + Duties:

• Assist Management team with opening, running, and closing a successful shift.
• Obtain exceptional knowledge of our Craveably Crafted™ food and uncommon hospitality.
• Support team with building sales and controlling costs.  
• Coach, teach and mentor the team daily.
• Support new team members through training, testing, and completing validations.
• Hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness.
• Coach employee image through implementing Parry’s Attire standards.  
• Become an expert on Parry’s culture, menu items, current promotions, new beers on tap, and featured bar cocktails.
• Create a fun environment with a positive attitude.
• Go above and beyond with a willingness to help the team.
• Learn something new every day.
