Position Description: We are seeking a Sales Operations Commission Specialist to join our dynamic Sales Operations team. This role will support the PAR Technology Restaurant Group in managing and optimizing sales commission and incentive plans. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with Incentive Compensation Management tools. Responsibilities include compiling and auditing inbound commissionable data sources, calculating commissions, supporting leadership approvals, troubleshooting and building SPIFF logic, and summarizing commission expenses for leadership review.

Reports To: Director, Sales Operations
What We’re Looking For:
· 3+ years in an analytical or operations role (restaurant tech or related industry preferred)
· 3+ years of CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
· 2+ years of experience using Incentive Compensation Management tools, preferably SPIFF
· Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve independently
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Unleash Your Potential: What You Will Be Doing and Owning:
· Calculate and manage commission payouts accurately and on time
· Audit and reconcile inbound data sources related to commissionable activities
· Collaborate cross-functionally to align commission logic with sales plans
· Build new logic and troubleshoot SPIFFs based on evolving incentive programs
· Create regular reports and summaries for leadership review
