Your Career

As a Senior Revenue Analyst, supporting our Professional Services organization, you’ll bring strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to a fast-paced, high-impact team. You’re a self-starter with a passion for numbers, a sharp attention to detail, and the drive to find solutions and improve processes.You value integrity, accountability, and collaboration—and you’re ready to make a global impact.

You will deal with numbers daily, supporting infrastructure, dealing in automation, building elegant models and solutions to empower our business lines and solutions. Our innovation doesn’t stay in Research and Development. Within finance, you will be trying new things, while solving business critical equations. Your Impact

  • Responsible for Professional Service end-to-end revenue processes.
  • Own monthly revenue close procedures, including preparation of revenue and deferred revenue related journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Partner with Unit42 Operation team to maintain accurate data in Clarizen
  • Drive new initiatives and implementation system for Professional Service transactions
  • Drive improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness into the Revenue Close and Professional Service
  • Partner with cross-functional business partners and third parties to implement best practices, automation, and continuous process improvements
  • Support revenue related system implementations and perform user acceptance testing
  • Ensure compliance with SOX 404 key controls
  • Assist with external audit requests and special projects and ad hoc requests as needed

Qualifications

Your Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue accounting and operation in the technology industry supporting Professional Service org.
  • Experience with financial systems, SAP S4/HANA RAR, Blackline, Tableau, Clarizen and SFDC a plus
  • Experience in Professional Service revenue recognition
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
  • Familiarity with close processes, account reconciliations, and journal entry preparation
  • Team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross functional organizations
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment with attention to details
  • Motivated self-starter who takes initiative 
  • Proficiency in Google Suite a plus
  • Must be local in SF bay area to be onsite.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected.
