About Oxbow Academy

Oxbow Academy is the nation’s leading treatment program for adolescent boys with compulsive sexual behavior. We provide sex-specific, evidence-based treatment for boys ages 10–17 who are struggling with sexual behavior problems, pornography abuse, sexual reactivity, and related compulsive patterns.

As one of only a handful of programs in the U.S. that specializes in this clinical niche, we are often the last hope for families in crisis—families who feel isolated and unsure of where to turn. At Oxbow, they find not only professional help, but deep understanding, healing, and community.

Are you a seasoned clinical leader ready to make a lasting impact? At Oxbow Academy, we do more than treat—we restore hope for families facing some of life’s most difficult challenges. As Clinical Director, you'll have the rare opportunity to lead a mission-driven team, shape program outcomes, and make a life-changing impact on students and their families.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated clinicians
  • Manage therapist workloads to ensure sustainable, effective care
  • Carry a reduced caseload to remain clinically involved and lead by example
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and participate in Clinical and Leadership Team discussions
  • Model and implement Oxbow Academy’s treatment philosophy and clinical standards
  • Support clinicians in building a strong and ethical professional identity
  • Oversee the delivery of all clinical services, including treatment planning and aftercare
  • Ensure adherence to the Progress Monitoring Model and data-informed practices
  • Uphold family care standards, ensuring communication and support throughout treatment
  • Work collaboratively with residential and direct care teams, including providing training
  • Engage in marketing and outreach, including occasional professional travel
  • Build relationships with referring professionals and support program growth

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident, experienced clinical leader with heart, vision, and integrity
  • An effective manager and mentor, capable of fostering team excellence
  • A therapist who believes in collaborative care, clinical transparency, and compassionate accountability
  • A professional with deep empathy for families navigating complex behavioral challenges
